[GC] Episode III Lobby Patch

If you're tired of the same old boring lobbies, then this patch is for you. :P This patch replaces two of the existing lobbies with the Card Lobby from Episode III, so you can enjoy the new aesthetics. Lobby 12 becomes Card Lobby 1, and Lobby 13 becomes Card Lobby 2. Thanks go to Lee and Schthack for originally porting the Episode III lobby to BB back in 2009, as using Lee's BB port as a template made it much easier to port the lobby to Episode I & II.

Note that this patch requires you to extract your entire ISO of the game, swap out the lobby files, and then build a new ISO. As a result, it is currently only compatible with Dolphin, because rebuilding your ISO violates Devolution's copy protection. Hopefully Nintendont will get BBA or modem emulation eventually, and then you'll be able to use the Episode III lobby on Wii, too.
