I'm lost, could anyone help me? I've never seen this before. It happens when I try unzipping nullDC_104_r136.7v. I've NEVER seen this before.

Well, sad news for you, your Windows 10 system clearly stated the problem for you. Change the decompressing program or run it in compatibility mode. (right click 7z.exe -> Properties -> Run in compatiblity mode -> Select the Win7)
