That is just a mirror of the old official PSOBB site. There's nothing there that was originally hosted here, nor is there anything to "sell".
To make it clear: DCEmulation didn't host it originally. DCEmulation doesn't have the original server software or anything else like that. There is nothing to sell, and there's no reason/way/etc to "buy" the website.
