Why not ?! - They just completed Rush Rush Rally Racing and already did a good amount of work on Age of the Beast prior focusing on R4.

And was Little Ninja actually confirmed as being a DC TBA release?

I don't think so. But: I clearly remember that they said in a forum post over at Dreamcast-Scene.com that a Dreamcast release depended on the publishers' interested on the game (referring to redspotgames I assume).

Can you change one more thing, add 2009 into it.
Basically all the games that were released in 2009 should go under 2009 and all games released ot to be released in 2010 should go under 2010.

Also is Rael: The Redemption dead?

We also contacted Rene Hellwig of www.Hucast.Net and NG:Dev Team, he confirmed that his teams will not be participating at the convention, nonetheless he was hopeful that he could deliver a revision of Dux by this year.

I hadn't heard that Elysian Shadows, and Hypertension were both announced as commercial.

It's not that I wouldn't pay for them this late in the DC scene, but it'd make them Indy commercial releases (not homebrew at all).

I also thought that Hypertension was planned for a multi-platform release, including a watered down Sega 32x version. Would the IP owner (WB, Atari?) of BLOOD have objection to this.

I'd hate to see them hit with a cease & desist order just because they decided to sell it. Some of the bigger projects I've seen have been shut down with less. On the other hand, they could just replace the game resources if that happened.
