Man I swear I have heard this beat before it is so freakingly familiar

If it isn't a game it has to be some other artist, it isn't Tiesto for sure. I have heard this music in a video game or something.
If it is Tiesto than some game used a variation of this, I keep thinking Shenmue but that is obviously impossible, although Yuzo Koshiro has plagarized music before, but it isn't Shenmue I have the entire soundtrack for that game.

The game only had the melody without the Remixed Sounds and Lyrics, I am starting to think Skies Of Arcadia now.

Does anybody have any idea?

I've beaten skies a few times, and cannot say that this reminds me of anything in it, except maybe the foggy level with the ruins where Aika keeps seeing things. Other than that, maybe the songs shares some chords with some of Square's or Enix's past games.
