I'm just wondering, is there an engine that would do to make a custom, CONTRA style shooter for the Sega Dreamcast? If so, what is it?
Also, what sorts of 2d game engines are readily available for the Sega Dreamcast?

Well I attempted to determine whether this was DC compatible, but I guess I didn't ask the right questions. Maybe nobody there has the knowledge as to the compatibility with the Dreamcast, or they just don't care. Oh well.
