A female motorist is facing court action for deliberately driving through a puddle and splashing a group of school children. Driving through a puddle to splash bystanders is an offence of "careless, and inconsiderate, driving" under the Road Traffic Act section 3 and carries a fine of up to £2,500.
Shame. I found it quite amusing.

While funny, I do think they were careless in driving that fast into the water. Serves both parties right.
