This game came out today, it was a huge disappointment. I really wish I would have looked on a video game message board before buying this game because most people are hating it a lot.

Yeah, a buddy at work was pissed off all day because he chose this over Splosion Man and feels he was completely ripped off.

I would have much rathered just having the original ported. I also didnt realize it was a port of the arcade version and that the arcade version doesnt have the Technodrome level like the SNES version. It also lacks Super Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady, and a boss at the end of the third level. Controls bad too.

It's highly disappointing that the original version wasn't included (cross our fingers and hope for DLC?), but at the lowered $10 price point I'm satisfied with this game. It looks nice, the achievements are well balanced (challenging but obtainable), and the increased fluidity of movement is appreciated. The best improvement is that the levels are unlockable for direct access once you beat them.

My being the world's #1 TMNT fan has no influence on this review.

Something called survival mode I havent tried and the ability to play over xbox live.
