What did you get for Christmas?
Same thread as last year....and the year before that and so on.
Dreamcast VGA Box - OMFG games are beautiful!
clothing - to fill my empty closet
PJs - to fill my empty closet
Space Ghost C2C Season 1-3 - been wanting these forever
Food - to fill my empty stomach
New Wallet - as my old one was held together by duct tape
The Great Gatsby -wanted it as I have not read it since high school
Money - to fill my empty wallet/bank account
Grand Theft Auto Double Pack for xbox (III and Vice City) - Never did play these games before, figure it's about time to.
Though I just did recently buy a DS lite and a 120GB HDD for my 360 (79.99 clearance at circuit city w00t) and my parents helped me cover that, so thats part of it also I guess.

Just a bunch of clothes. I've lost weight so they were much needed.
It's thinking...

Re: What did you get for Christmas?
Mine aren't so fun; more along the lines of small, practical things.
- head-mounted light (for running/biking after dark)
- birch beer (I love it, and it's not very easy to find in California)
- various clothes
- iPod armband case (also for running)
- zombie card game
- car vacuum
- handmade bowl
- coasters & salt and pepper shakers (my grandparents are sort of random sometimes)
- wok (I love making wontons, and a skillet isn't exactly ideal)
- pewter miniatures
- a few different books
- ski cap
- fake down comforter (my old one is dying)
I'm in Burbank with family and my girlfriend is with her mother in San Diego for Christmas, so we're opening our gifts from each other tonight via iChat. There are three things from her; I don't know what they are yet, but I am guessing (based on past conversations & evidence) that one is the Book of Vile Darkness (D&D supplemental rulebook I've been looking for), one is probably a Castlevania action figure and the third is a book of some kind...but I have no idea what.

Nova 2005 Box Set. I paid for half of it. If any of you are interested in general sciences, conceptual theories, documentaries, and so forth, I highly recommend watching Nova. Great show. The DVD set is a bit pricey though.

Re: What did you get for Christmas?
I got the German Horror Classics box set. It's the one from Kino, and has Nosferatu, The Cabinet of Doctor Caligari, The Golem, and Waxworks. I'm excited. Also some books I've wanted for a while, Vaux's "Plague Music," new shirts, some cash...

Re: What did you get for Christmas?
Some pajama pants, a few pairs of boxers, some socks, a bunch of tools (so I'll quit borrowing them from my dad), some money. I think that's about it. I didn't get a whole lot, but that's kind of the way I wanted it.
My wife and I got a decent amount of money together, though; and that's what we really wanted. Now, we just have to figure out the best way to spend it.
As I mentioned in the other post, we bought Guitar Hero: World Tour for the whole family. I played it with my brother-in-law and my nephew for about four hours this evening. It was great.

Re: What did you get for Christmas?
god their was this nova episode i've always wanted to see again. It was about them trying to get an old WWII bomber out of the ice. They succeed but when trying to fly it out of there it catches fire.
