@Christuserloeser : the game is in 640x480 and we've always used this resolution.
I just found how to tell Youtube to force the 4:3 ratio. (For those who don't know, you have to put a tag: yt:stretch=4:3)
Now the video renders better
We tried to implement a widescreen mode but the Dreamcast only outputs 4:3 resolution.
