scherzo is ineligible for the 2003 polls because I don't think any version of Super Famicast was released last year. He's the early favourite for the 2004 awards though.

I nominate Metafox. He has a lot of things on his plate, but he seems to have room for allow some creativity and innovation to flow. The Cyberdog Castle publishing is a cool concept, and hopefully something I can use (wink, wink). He has some things on the burner, and they sound interesting.

It doesn't matter what Reaper said, scherzo is ineligible because the first version of Super Famicast was released in 2004.

It doesn't matter when the date the program was compiled. For instance, I made a game that I never released in 1986. The date on the disk says it was compiled in 1986. I can't release it now, and be voted the best coder in 1986.

I thought MetaFox has been developing since before 2003?

Well I change it to 138 then I think that was his first game he did in 2003.

Me it's 1980's some time.

But dcgen was compiled before 2003 was it not. Cant be a rookie could he?

Yep, I released my first compiled DCGen on December, 25 2002.

I didn't like the thought of being called a rookie anyway. :P

Back on the subject of nominations, I'd have to nominate diwee. :)

Wow, I didn't expect to see my name in here! Thanks guys!

I think Viktor Gars deserves a nomination. TetrisCD was his first game, right? It's still one of my favorites.

Honesty may be the best policy, but it's important to remember that apparently, by elimination, dishonesty is the second-best policy.

Boy, this topic is really tough. 99% of the devvers for DC were devving before I started paying attention, so I don't really know who's new.
