Assuming if I had an energy source (i.e. solar, hydro) sufficient enough to power a SEGA DREAMCAST™, a small television, and a ham radio internet remote base, I don't think it would guarantee enough bandwidth to game online.

real off-the-grid people play Dreamcast online on mesh wifi networks.

I spent 8 long years trying to get my ham radio operator license and when I finally do, I don't want to put it to waste
tbh that does sound like a better idea though
