How to play imported Japan Shenmue on Pal Dreamcast

Hey everyone,

I recently purchased a Japanese copy of Shenmue as a present for my girlfriend who is learning Japanese, but can't play it on my PAL Dreamcast

Is there a freely available bootdisk? If not, is there a cheap one available? Would the game run at 60hz (if not I have a vga adaptor)?

What is the best way to get it working? And what's the easiest way?

*edit* in fact, all download links on consolevision for disc loaders seem to be down, anyone know of a mirror?
