I personally enjoy Zombie Revenge myself. It's fun to play through especially if you have a friend. The cool part is, if you have low health your abilities upgrade far surprassed from wence you started; such as multiple kicks to a zombies face and then blowing their heads apart afterwards.
I wish I had this game again, I love beat em ups :\

I'll second Virtua Tennis. Tennis 2K2 is THE best tennis game I've played. Once the newest version is available on the new generation of consoles, I'll have very little reason to keep my dreamcast around...
Anyway, other games that keep me coming back:
Ikaruga - only reason why I still play this on DC is because of how it looks on a VGA monitor in TATE mode
Powerstone - I like the first a bit more than the second
Red Dog - I think I'm one of the 3 people in the world who like this game...
Samba de Amigo - I really wish I had the maracas for it
Soul Calibur - eff the haters - its still as good as its sequels
The Typing of the Dead - entertaining, funny, and I challenge you to put serious time into it - you WILL get better at typing
Under Defeat - it gets stupid hard after level 3, but I still like it
With the exception of Ikaruga, these games are all exclusive to DC, and are worth playing.

Is it worth it getting the original Samba de Amigo if you already have v2000?
You feel at ease as you flock with the masses,
What do you see with your heads in their asses?
Keep on railing at what I believe,
Call me insane and I am proud to be.

Uhhhhhh.... that would depend on how much you like Samba.
Yeah, V2k does have basically everything the original had. The minigames are gone (I think replaced with like volleyball in V2k) and they were better in the original.
There won't really be too much new stuff, but if you like Samba, then just for the sheer awesomeness factor, I'd say yes.
I'll tell you what isn't worth it--Sega Superstars for PS2 with eyetoy. Oh my god, yuck. Way to ruin Samba.

After having a Dreamcast for several years, my game collection has swelled and ebbed considerably. In the long run, I've found that these are the games which are truly indespensible:
- Crazy Taxi
- Jet Grind Radio
- Marvel vs. Capcom 2
- PowerStone 2 (if you have people to play it with)
- Rez
- Soul Calibur
- Space Channel 5
- Typing of the Dead
- Virtua Tennis (or 2k2; they both rock)
Those are the only games I've retained in the long run. Many other great games have come and gone, but those are the ones that keep my Dreamcast connected to my TV. In fact, they're all I have left at this point. There are several other really great games as well, but the vast majority of single-player games lose their appeal after a few years. However, I would definitely recommend Shenmue, Headhunter, Super Magnetic Neo, Rayman 2, and Grandia II if you're looking for single-player games (though there are a few in my initial list as well).
