Moho

Post by Green Ranger »

The game: Moho

The question: Can anyone give me any info on this game? I've seen it mentioned online a few times, but haven't come across a single review! I'd like to know more about it. I hear it was also on the PC and PS1, but does the dreamcast have any additional features that the other versions don't?

Any help would be appreciated, thx! :D

Moho doesn't look that bad, textures are OK, the controls are decent, there is a half-decent terrain deformation, but the overall design and concept is very shallow, cliche and lack of imagination... when i saw it i was surprised that such game can make it to store shelves (being in game development myself), especially after having to watch 25 splash-screens of different companies before the title screen even shows.

IMO this one is worth only for collection purposes.

Thx Darksaviour69! Guess what guys, I think I found the reason why I couldn't find much info on this game...it's also known as "Ball Breakers".

In Europe it was renamed "Moho" for the Dreamcast, and I found a review for the Playstation version on IGN, check it out :
