Need a modchip?

Do you need to have a soldering iron to install one of these modchips? Because that'll determine whether I buy one or not...

I am going to have to backout for everything, fatheadpi. The cpu on my pc died, so I will have to be saving up in order to buy another one (it was an FX-50, so you should have an idea of why I can't afford to spend $20). I am so sorry about this. I wish this had happened later, so at least then I wouldn't have to back out.

Similar thing happened to me to. I got ripped on ebay over a dud VGA box, My complaint was upheld by pay pal but the guy had no funds left in his account. all i got back was ?3.75, So i had to pull out of my order with Fathead to.

Yeah I'm planning on getting one but the cheapest I've found online is $30 and thats normally sold out.
