Shipping today: Radilgy (Radirgy/Rajirugi) for Dreamcast™
Time to dust off your Dreamcast™ console. Almost a year after the last Dreamcast™ title was released (Trizeal from Triangle Service), the first of two excellent Dreamcast™ shooters is shipping today.
From the makers of December 2004's released Chaos Field comes another 2D shooting game ported from the arcade to the Dreamcast™ home console. Radilgy is set into a toon-shaded world in the near future and implies a number of new elements such as advice given during play and other.
Three kind of shooting types are available, including "wide shot" and "1-2-3 laser". A shield can be used in near-death situations protecting you from enemy shots as well as destroying approaching enemies.

This game is AWESOME! I love the clean cell shaded graphics and intense shooting action. The control is great the and the game has great shooting options with variety of weapons and upgrades. For anyone (DC Gamer) debating to get this title. "Pick it up!" With all the genre of shooters out there, all of them are different so to me you can never compare them. But Rajirugi is one to get with its own stlye and superb anime style. The music is great and fits the gameplay. with only 4000 of these made from Milestone it certainly is going to be a collectible!
Round of Applause to Milestones RAJIRUGI for the long lived DC!

If I'll hear more of such positive things about the game I might consider buying it myself and having it shipped together with Under Defeat

Mine arrived today - yay, yay and thrice yay!
"a SNES quality Dreamcast game" - ouch Have one back ;P
I've only had chance to sneak 15 mins in on it, but it does look really nice, very clean and crisp and looks really good in TATE mode on a turned over monitor.
The 15 mins I have played have been good. Nothing too outstanding gameplay wise although there is a deflection thing that happens when you don't fire which turns some bullet into pills? Dunno what it's for yet. Still, it's a shooter and I'm not expecting too much that's going to turn the genre on it's head. There's a choice of ships and primary weapons and a mosquito type weapon. I think I need more playing before I can really comment but so far so good - it has a lovely style to it and none of those bitty textures that plagued Chaos Field. Feels good with an arcade stick too.
My DC is still my only console so I'm chuffed that there's a new release like this. I can see why people might be put off purchasing though. This importing isn't cheap.
