My Dreamcast just died...

I think It's the PSU. I get zilch from it when tested with a voltmeter.

I'm in the process of doing that, but I can't seem to get the PSU out. I unscrewed it, lifted the latch, then it gets stuck on the pins.

Nevermind. I had just mis-soldered the F1 resistor on the controller board. of course, it doesn't help that my father pulled out the barrel when I asked him for help. :x hooray. It isn't dead! :D
