Free ISPs all gone?
I just got a new Dreamcast in the mail yesterday (my old one died last July) and was excited to get back online with PSO. I take an hour out of my day today to string a phone cord extension across the house to my Dreamcast in my room, and I try all the ISPs on Fackue's Consolevision page only to find that none are working for me. Are all the free ISPs for Dreamcast officially dead now or are there some I'm not aware of that Fackue has yet to update?

hmmm wish i could help you out. I been hearing this quite a lot recently. If u have DSL u might wanna check out and see if it comes with "backup dialup". I know SBC global does. in case the DSL goes down you can use the dialup software. I'll look into it.
everyone knows im the PSO junky here, and ill do what i can to get you online. heck i used to be sharing a dialup account i created just for Dreamcast with quite a few people from here.

Netzero is my primary ISP but I haven't had my DC long enough to try it.
Has anyone tried these ISP's?

Megatron, that really is not a viable solution imo. not enough access #'s.
coke, you can use Netzero with your DC, but you need to run the username and password through the converter on fackues site to get the DUN equivalents.
and many of the isps listed on that page are either dead or non-surfable (dials up fine but no web access)

For New Yorkers: http://metconnect.com
This was the ISP I used from spring 2002- summer 2004. They disappeared but now they're back.
