yes you can, use VMU Tool.

Im having problems :(

It wont save the things to my VMU :( it says Error or something :(

you need both VMI and VMS for each file. everything is explained in the readme file.

hhhmmm..., ok, for example -

I want to put BREAKOUT (the VMU game) onto my VMU thats on your site. I have downloaded the File from your site, But it only has the file "minigame.VMS" I dont see the VMI file for it on your site :(

Please help me
