Did Online Dreamcast stop working?!
I was trying ALL my online DC games (including the web browser)
last night and they all connected but you couldn't do anything:
Web Browser - Connected to the net, no pages load
Starlancer - Connects, then gets a sudden error
Outtrigger - All though the servers are up, it says that they are down
Speed Devils Online - "Router Time Out"
Maximum Pool - "Connection Established" then "Connection Failed"
Any word on what could be going on?

so it's definitely a problem with your ISP...or something.
I only have three online games: Daytona USA, PSO, StarLancer
StarLancer's Gamespy servers have been down for a while
I fear connecting to PSO 'cos I'll get hacked right away
Daytona USA you have to pay for...right? (still?)
I can use Jet Grind Radio and Samba de Amigo's online features perfectly.

You mean SpeedDevlis ONline won't work anymore?Xylene wrote:anything that used SegaNet doesnt work
i know Unreal Tournament does, as for Gamespy runs the servers for it now.
Daytona is dead i believe.
With teh webbrowser, try a different version, try the one fatheadpi is working on.
It DOES say SegaNet while loading but I know for a fact
that http://www.ubi.com hosts the servers for that game.

Yeah, some Seganet games still work. NFL2K2 is probably the most popular, and the only one that has a decent amount of traffic. Others let you log in, but there's nobody there.
I use the browser all the time, to download VMU files, and backing up my game saves.
