I think they could, They seem to be making money from the games they made for Xbox,PS2,GC.

Sorry to inform you buddy but according to what sega has been putting out ever since march of 2001 when the sega announced the end of the dreamcast, and the end of them being in th console bussiness, they stated that they would not make anymore systems at least any time soon. So dont plan on it. But what I have learned from the video game bussiness is like the WWE says ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN IN THE WWE, well anything can happen in the video game bussiness. LOL I mean check this out who could have imagined about even only 5 years back that sonic would be on a NINTENDO system.

I have been kinda looking around for stuff on "Dreamcast 2" I found a picture, I think it might be fake, I also found an article how it is superior to X-Box, and is being made secretly

You can't link to a picture in your My Documents folder. It has to be on the internet somewhere - be it on an actual website or your own personal webspace.
