DDR Pad

Post by Wasgo »

Anyone know a place in or around Vancouver, Canada to get a cheap DDR pad or a PS to DC converter?

Dude... I was just going to post this exact same message. But, it looks like 35 people have read it but have no responded, so maybe we should change that to:

Where can we buy a DDR pad (which games are good for it?) in North America? Preferably Canada.

Which pad is the best one to buy? EB has a Mad Catz one called the "Dream Pad", but I don't remember Mad Catz being a very good company. Should we be buying an Interact one? Which other companies make 'em?

Thanks.

The original DC pad was actully the same as the PS1 pad, no difference at all except the DC one had R Trigger and Ltrigger on the Pad. here are a few links:

Thanks. So I guess I just need a PS DDR pad then, and a PS to DC converter? Nice. I hope it's easy to find. I might be able to find a DDR pad. Now, the converter is the problem. I had the link to a website that sold that kind of stuff in Canada, but now it's lost. Anyone know a website that sells PS to DC converters that will work with a DDR pad?

Well... http://www.lik-sang.com have LOADS of that stuff, I know they do them (I have this one: http://www.lik-sang.com/catalog/product ... ts_id=1996& ). Lik-sang are very reliable too, by the way (Unless your ordering Modchips to the US).

I've used mine with a PSX DDR pad and it works perfectly.
