Just so people know, the above 2 DCs are the only ones *known* to not read any CDRs so if you are thinking of getting one be aware they won't run any homebrew

A real Megamod would just move it and not feel the need to whine in a post about it afterwards :P

The tv looks pretty cool. Actually, on the page that |darc| posted, it gives some nice pics as to how it is built (especially things like where discs go and where the controller ports are). So, if any of you guys who visit the hardware mod forum are looking for a new idea for a case mod, I think you might have a good one right here ...

I decided to check the prices on some of those DCs that are on that website. Do these prices look right?

US$259 -R7 Dreamcast system Limited edition
US$699 -Seaman Christmas Dreamcast Console
US$799 -Mazora Limited edition Dreamcast Console
US$299 -Dreamcast Limited Edition in Silver Color

I never heard of the Mazora model. What is so special about it besides that it has a shinny green casing?

I can understand people wanting to collect them but, why $800? :?
I only want it because it's green (one of my fav colors). I could buy a GC PS2, Xbox, and a GBA with all that money. :o

No, that "VMU" thing is the Dreamcast MP3 player. You were suppose to go online and download songs to it from your Dreamcast. It never went onsale and was throwin into the hardware garbage bin, along with the zip drive and the DVD player attachment that was all suppose to go onsale.
:( :(

Makes you wonder what would have been if the Dreamcast HADN'T Failed...
