I remembered the best part about the original DC Emu website was that it had a simple conclusion at the end of every emulators page:
Speed: 90% (100% w/o sound)
Sound: 80%
So what is the best Dreamcast Emulator on PC.
And how well does it run?

Well I'm a bit rusty but personally for speed I would say nulldc, for comparability I would go for dcemul with wince support, for looks is hard but dcemul does render in DirectX 11.
Overall I would go for nulldc.
The other emulators under dcemul but I havnt tried any of the current versions to rate them fairly.
