Having some trouble with newly installed sabnzbd

Ive been trying to get this setup to just download my bookmarks and what not as I go through newzbin. It seems to work for a while and then at somepoint it hits a hard error and everything goes down. When that happens I get this error through the nzb website

After this happens I lose all interface with the box. It locks out login in attempts.. even from plugging a keyboard directly in. Apache goes down aswell so it locks out the website interface that is supposed to be running. The box doesnt die though as I can still get on the internet. I have noticed I'm hitting ~99% usage of my physical memory whenever SABnzbd is running. Maybe this is just me needing more ram? Do I need to chmod the dir it's in?

Is there some point, like x number of MB, where it hit's the crashpoint?
