Where you look at the mirror and don't know the reflection? where you look different, somehow, to how you usually look. But don't know how or why.

i'm having a day like that today, and for the first time ever, it concrens me

I have trouble recognizing myself sometimes, like when I see a picture of myself and dont notice its me at first.
