What would your first meal be?

Post by Roofus » Sun Jan 21, 2007 3:39 pm

I was watching Surgery Saved My Life the other night and the episode was about a woman whose entire digestive system failed and she needed six new organs. It took her 14 years to get the organs and couldn't eat the whole time. So, suppose you were in her place. What would your first meal in 14 years be? I think mine would be a cheese steak. Or a Nathan's hot dog. Or hell, both. I haven't eaten since 1993. :P

Instant ramen.
Lines join in faint discord and the Stormwatch brews
. . a concert of Kings as the white sea snaps
. . at the heels of a soft prayer
. . whispered

I'd think you'd want your first meal to be something light and easy on your system...perhaps a soup of some kind.

Yeah, I watched that too and was thinking the same thing.

Me? Probably a pint of Hot and Sour Soup from my second favorite chinese place, Jade Palace, and an order of General Tso's Chicken from my favorite Chinese food joint, Wah Garden, with a side of rice

A big fucking rack of Baby back ribs, a leg of lamb. A big plate of steak chips. A pitcher of Lager, followed by sticky toffee pudding, then ice cream.

Yeah
