Help with a mac program.

Post by Hawke »

A guy I work with is about to buy the program "Final Cut Studio" Anything I can recomend to him? Is this a good program? Is there better?

I'm worried, that like most programs that cost a zillion $, there might be better/a more main stream suggestion (ie, wordperfect vs ms office)

Thoughts?

as far as i know, Adobe premiere is the closest thing. but FCStudio.. is kind of like maya... it is pretty much the king of the hill in its genre. Any better than that would have to be B-2-B SW (business to business) .
