GIF animation question

Is there a free GIF animator program that lets you edit the scale of a GIF animation without going through each individual frame and resizing manually?

GraphicsGale isn't free, but it seems really good. Never tried it myself though, so this post is kinda meaningless

Yes, but ImageReady is far from being free.

well, you wont find a whole lot for free, im sorry to say. I was gonna recommend the same thing seeing as ImageReady's strong point it animation (atleast imo. nice to animate something direct from photoshop.)

CS2 Photoshop actually can do animations, therefore eliminating some of the need for ImageReady.
