I'm 5'11'', and am at my target weight, I guess. I haven't weighed myself in awhile. I'm embarassed to admit that I have prolly gained back all the weight that I lost while in BT. It's a shame, too. Cause I looked good.....

I'm around 6'1" and 185lbs. Most people I know think i'm a lot lighter... I just have a weird frame and a bit of a gut. Nothing spectacular.

5'9" 155 lbs - Not fat, but I definitely need to get shaped up. Really hard working out on the system I got. Only thing it really helps is your upper body and lower. Nothing for abs, but I know if I want abs to show more distinctly, I need to do cardio.
