It was a dissapointment it ws a small improvement over the dreamcast game, i've read that on this board a lot. The coolest gimmick was tossing in zelda to boost sales. Otherwise teh game whould have sold like crap.

Great for us PS2 owners, but it sucks that other people are missing out on what will most likely be an incredible game.

And do you actually take GamePro seriously? That magazine is such a crapfest.

Well I'd be happier to play this on GC/Xbox, but a PS2 version is gonna have to do...hope theres no slowdown or anything

Mind you, Namco didnt actually do a bad job with Tekken 5 (Makes up for the very lame Tekken 4, imo), so I got high expectations for this

SC3 is coming out on console first, and *then* out in the arcade - come on, do you really believe that the *only* console version of SC3 is going to be on the PS2?

Or is it far more likely that by the time the arcade version has come out there'll be ports to current / next gens of an 'enhanced' version with all the extras the arcade version will inevitably add, plus a few extras?

EA already published Soul Calibur II for the PS2 & Xbox in Europe so it wouldn't have been bad at all.

Oh and according to an interview on IGN, Sony have the worldwide rights to SCIII so it won't be on any other console, ever.
