Err... "Resource tuners" are universally rubbish. None of them actually do
anything. SoftICE is a debugger, and there are plenty of debuggers available. It's also a development tool - not really very useful to most people, is it? Resource hacking programs are irrelevant on non-Windows systems - you just don't need them.

Garage Band? Never used either of them, but I think they're supposed to do the same thing.
