I think they changed all bury cards to "destroy target creature, it can not be regenerated this turn" or some wording like that. I don't know if it is considered that wording on existing bury cards though.Bury is differnt from Destroying, a creature that is burried cannot regenerate either so goes to the grave yard
That said, I lost interest in magic years ago. It bugged the hell out of me how they kept adding new crap that you often had to buy to counter stuff. Blah.

Sorry toastman but toughness of zero does kill an indestructable creature. "* If an indestructible creature has 0 toughness, it will be put into its owner's graveyard.
