Circuit City is dumping a crapload of games for Gamecube, Xbox, PS2, and a couple for GBA, all of them are going for $4.99. The sale lasts until all supplies are gone. If your local CC isn't participating in the sale yet, all stores will by the 11th.
I went by today and picked up Parappa 2 for PS2 and Timesplitters 2 for PS2 for a friend, will be great to add another system to TS2 LAN. I'm going back tomorrow, when they put all the games out.

Yes, but some stores are just starting putting stuff out. I got there today, and they put out the first batch of games while I was in the store.
k, i just returned from cc. the guy told me theyve had the sale goin on for a week now. needless to say the only thing left was sports and other suck games. there are 6 cc's here, but theres no way i could get my friends to drive to all of them considering its most likely the same situation there.
so, what i did buy was pacman world 2, cuz i liked the first one and my mom does too, and some monster catchin rpg for gba called dokapon. it bragged about 150+ hours of gameplay, yadda yadda...even if it sucks, at 4.99, i wont be even slightly pissed.
oh, and that list didnt specify which maximo was 4.99, but when i took ghosts to glory to the counter, it was 19.99. maybe they mean army of zin, which i didnt see there, which possibly makes it that one.

I have two Circuit City stores near me, but they both say NW Loop 410, I have no clue which is the one I usually go to. One said they just got a new shipment of the $5 bin games in today, the other store says it's been going on for a week but they still have a lot of games left. I hope I find the first one I mentioned, or I hope its the one that my dad always takes me to.

Let me start the story, a high person in CCHq gave all the stores the go on this clearance sale on July 2, which the sale was supposed to start on Sunday July 11. People nearly wiped out everything, so the stores were getting pissed. They snatched the remaining copies they had on shelf to put them in the back. Rumors are spreading that they stil have copies on the warehouses and they'll be stocking up on them.
