People with quadriplegia have no arms or legs, and so obviously cannot play games the conventional way. This company has taken an existing product which allows people to operate computers with their tongue and created an interface of sorts to allow them to play any GBA game that does not require multiple button presses at once.

You can see the actual mouth-piece here, as part of a flash demonstration: http://www.newabilities.com/

People, quadriplegics obviously have people who can help them change the cartridges and turn on the system, but watching those people play isn't going to be much fun for them is it? If this allows them to get some fun from games that aren't twitchy then it's a worthwhile product. No need for the tactless humor.

Um...where's this "keyboard"? Are they referring to the system board at the bottom? If so....wouldn't that electricute them or at least shock the hell out of them?

This keyboard things looks similar to a mouthguard. There's a picture of it somewhere here.
