The administrators have blocked your web page's address.
It's thinking...

No, the reason that is happening is because the Administrators filter out links to sites containing warez.

What would you call an illegal distribution of Windows 95?

Illegal = freely distributed license
Legal = Software distributed that's unusable without a purchased licence.
Wow, you really didn't read that whole thread did you? You went, "OMG! OMG! LOOK! SOMETHING WE CAN WHACK HIM FOR! Let's stretch the rulebook and make this poor guy's life more of a living hell!"

You can't distribute something that costs a considerable amount of money even today and justify it by simply not including the license. It's perfectly possible to use one of the many, many, many licenses floating about the internet.
Would you feel it acceptable to steal and give away someone's car as long as you didn't include the keys, because without them the car would be "unusable"?

That would be illegal - the distribution of licences (e.g. serial sites) is illegal. Think shareware. Download.com is illegal! News flash! Download.com distributes warez because people can type in a number and get a full version!
Ya. Right.

Stealing a car = immediate property loss. You couldn't steal the car if you didn't even know it existed without the keys, could you?

Ya. Right.
Shareware is distributed as such by the author(s). They love nothing more than to see their software getting re-distributed.
Microsoft, on the other hand, would shit kittens if they found out we were letting people link directly to warez copies of their operating systems.

Just give in and say "Yeah... you're right. No serial makes it as legal as shareware."

Windows 95 isn't shareware. You can't distribute it without permission.

DUUUUHHHHH...
You know, it's no wonder nobody knows what the hell's going on. This explains why about 95% of the people in the world don't even know how to install Windows on a computer - they're too damn ignorant to get off their lazy asses and read a little information.
How about if you unplug your damn keyboard for 5 minutes and read the WHOLE FUCKING TOPIC WITHOUT going "Oh! He said something wrong!" and JUMPING TO THE REPLY BOX!

You fail to see the point, therefor I'll repeat it once again:
Windows 95 isn't shareware. You can't distribute it without permission.
There's nothing more to it than that.

Regardless of your opinions on the subject of distributing commercial operating systems, with or without the license the site doesn't want any part in it.
Action has been taken, and your whining and SHOUTING isn't going to change anything.

Who needs a swear filter. Everybody in the whole damn world swears. Nobody needs a swear filter for the wussy babies out there (especially one that changes F*CK to "Fudge").
Flaming is an unprovoked attack, not an irritated response.
I'm sure the rules clearly say "If you have anything to do with any country's military, directly or indirectly, these rules are null and void for everybody but yourself."
