As far as straight-laughing movies, I'd say that "Better Off Dead" would be near the top of my list. It's a stupid eighties movie, and most people probably hate it, but I loved a few moments.

It's not out on DVD yet, but I think Austin Powers in Goldmember was one of the funniest movies I have ever seen.

another movie to get which many hate but i think its funny,
Freddy got fingered.
its got the worst storyline but it somehow manages to make me laugh.
