Wow I fogot all about This place i uses to live here night and day I see a lot of the old members still here... I see a lot of new games and emulators ill have to dig out my dreamcast out of my shed and try then out... Thx to to members that keep the dreamcast alive after all these years...

I suffer from depression most days I don't even get out of bed anymore. If I can do anything to help I will... Idk just a very sad person most of the time... But I did miss you all thx for keeping dc emulation alive...

Well I cheated on my gf she diddnt know but I did and it would eat away at me the one day I could not take it anymore I cut myself up bad just wanted to die but my cuz found me took me to the er and they put me away in the nut house... I've been in that place 5 times now I feel so bad I always hated drugs cause they have killed a lot of my friends but all the drugs you have listed in you Sig I have done to try and num the pain I have I still miss my x so much I would do anything for her... But I can't go back to her and face her... It feels like I'm already dead I put on a smile for the world when I do get up but I'm dead inside... Sorry if this sounds dumb but its how I feel and its so hard to deal with life anymore...

I hope he is ok..I remember hanging out on his explodingfrogs forum quite a bit. I suffer from depression as well, The meds never seemed to do shit unless they were opiates heh. I found exercising to be the best way to help and just staying busy. Just have to force yourself to do shit.

I've found that 1200-1500mg St. John's wort a day works incredibly well against depression:

There is a slight delay of a couple of days or even weeks before you'll notice any improvement, but once it starts working it's a real revelation.
