Alice Dreams Homebrew Game Status...

This forum is for discussion pertaining to homebrew and indie software for the Dreamcast, such as homebrew games, emulators/interpreters, and other homebrew software/applications. Porting requests and developmental ideas are not to be made here; you can make those here. If you need any help burning discs for homebrew software, this is the place to ask as well.

Alice Dreams Homebrew Game Status...

What is the status and/or news on this one. Is the project still going for the finish line.

There's a demo v3.0 available.

Changelog since version 2.1 :

- The game now includes plateformer stages larger and better elaborated with vertical scrolling.
- Complete stage 2.
- English speeches.
- A 4-players surprise bonus stage, which is unlocked when you complete the stage 2.
- Options and Bonus stages unlocked are saved on VMU (2 blocks on the VMU connected on the first controller). You don't have to finish the game more than once in order to play bonus stages !

I was just wondering if that's it, or will there be more to the game.

Hello, i'm the programer of this game :)
We're currently working on an other title with the AliceDreams characters : Dynamite Dreams. We entered this title on the Dream On Contest 3. We're waiting for the result of this contest. The 1st prize is to be published by The GOAT Store. So if this is the case, we'll be focus on this game.

We always want to continue the Alice Dreams developement. So be patient :)

I thank you for your response. Alice Dreams looks to be a very promising game and I would certainly enjoy a final cut of this game. For now I'll delve into the demo.

It is good news to me that you are also working on another project. Good luck on the contest.

Is there pics or a web site for Dynamite Dreams to view.
