Many New Emulators/Homebrew for DC Released.

Quite a few emulators and homebrew have been released @ dciberia.net. If anyone can explain what some of the homebrew are, that would be appreciated.

Wow, Heart Of The Alien! I once considered asking if a port of that interpretter was possible, but at the time the PC version wasn't even working properly, so I never bothered. Great to see that.

Now we just need to get the Sega CD version of the Out Of This World (on the same disc as Heart Of The Alien) working in Raw-DC and then we'll have a second Sega CD game playable on the Dreamcast (Secret of Monkey Island works in SCUMMVM-DC). We're taking on the Sega CD, on game at a time!!

Snatcher next. An interpretter for that should be possible if the dat files can be figured out.

with the Heart Of The Alien release they have reamade th engine, you only need the cd for the data files. so its not really emulating the game.

btw pretty much all dc release are reported on at dcemu.co.uk ( the dciberia guys usally post a english version or their release at dcemu.co.uk)

CPCast - Amstrad CPC 6128 emulator for Dreamcast by LTK.
MSXCAST - MSX 1 and 2 emulator for Dreamcast by LTK.
Heart Of The Alien - Sega CD game emulator?
unosoloDC - Solitaire game, windows version atm, but when bugs are fixed, it goes to the DC.
Paranoia Espacial - A space shooter where you get rid of the ships and I think as you blow them up, you go faster. Or maybe you just steaily go faster. Made in 8 minutes specifically for the dreamcast, so it is apparently a curiosity.
VIC2DC - Commdore VIC 20 emulator for the Dreamcast by GPF based on a ps2 version. Uses the joystick and start and includes some games.
NEO4ALL/AES Beta1 and NEO4ALL/CD RC1 - Not much to say here, seems as though many compatability bugs were fixed and they use FAME.
DCaSTaway RC4 and UAE4ALL RC1 -You guys should know about these, cause they are english emus.

Chui needs beta testors for I think SENS4ALL and ZX4ALL

I dunno. I think HOTA is a SegaCD game, so I am guessing it is a one game emulator. Then again, I could be wrong.

It's not an emulator. It's more like ScummVM - it's an interpreter that uses the same data files as the original.

Also MSXcast looks very impressive in the video on DCberia.....man I hope it will be released soon
