I figured out what i was doing, and it goes like this:
I would select "info", then "media". That is where you can access the mp3's and the live band videos, etc. Well apparently you can't access the "games" and "demos". The directories are empty. But everything else you can.
So the other thing i figured out is when i select "play" at the startup, that takes me to the regular NesterDCv6.0 menu, where i can access the "games" and "demos". BUT, nothing else can be accessed. All the other files show up, but to my memory they won't play, when you select something it just blinks and takes you back to the menu screen.
So in conclusion (tell me if i'm right, here):
At the main startup screen where you have two options, "play" and "info":
1) If you want to play games and demos, select "play"
2) But if you want to access anything else, such as old NES commercials or NES mp3's etc, select "info", then "media".
Thats it i think. So there was really no problem afterall, just a little confusion. Its probably all very simple to everyone else, for some reason it threw me at first.
But all in all it kicks ass of course.

Why does it include v6.0 of NesterDC and not v7.1?
I've been using v7.1 for NES emulation and it had only a few problems, I'm interested in the differences
Edit: Now that I've downloaded it, I must say this ROCKS This is a great tribute to the good ol' NES, kudos to the creators.

You feel at ease as you flock with the masses,
What do you see with your heads in their asses?
Keep on railing at what I believe,
Call me insane and I am proud to be.

Exactly. If you search these forums you should find some extended compatibility reports for v6.0 & v7.0/1/+b
Thanks. Glad you enjoy all the stuff we've collected !Cid Highwind wrote:Now that I've downloaded it, I must say this ROCKS This is a great tribute to the good ol' NES, kudos to the creators.
