the program you're looking for is Selfboot Inducer.

You download .SBI files of your selected homebrews, run the program, and it will build a selfboot CDI image for you, with menus, screens , etc.

All the SBIs and the SelfbootInducer programs are avalible from Sbiffy!.

Also, just a little FYI to anyone who doesn't already know - SelfbootInducer is the program that takes the SBIs and extracts them all together on a DreamInducer compilation disc. DreamInducer is the actual Dreamcast program.

The Xbox theme you're looking for is javex' Greencast theme.

I've been meaning to get screenies of all the SBT files up on DCHelp or DC Evo, but haven't got around to it yet.

This page shows screenies of the themes they have, but you may have a little bit of trouble finding some of those themes, because that site has been out of commission for almost a year, and it's difficult to download things from there at this point.
