Really? I'm pretty sure the standard ones hold 180MB and the newer ones hold up to like 300...kRYPT_ wrote: 280mb if I recall correctly..
Sin-Tex wrote: Yes thay are i think thay only hold about 125meg or 150meg though.

Strain
Pocket CDs are still CDRs, just smaller. Same "strain", if anything.
We got a few of the rectangle "business card" shaped ones here at the office for testing before shipping to the publisher. Never thought of burning emus on em. Keep a good chunk of your NES collection in your wallet.

Strain
Hey I never heard of those. What type of CD drive would be able to read or burn such a disc?emperordahc wrote: Pocket CDs are still CDRs, just smaller. Same "strain", if anything.

Oh, no. NO! You can't do this to me. Don't give me a playstation. NOOOOOOOOOO! I don't want a piece of crap. Take it back and burn it to heeelll!!! Die Sony Computer Entertainment with you PS (Piece of Sh?t) and your PS 2 (Piece of Sh?t?2)
No, it would be worse as far as I know. If you remember dummy files, these force all the data at the end of the cd. This would mean that the cd would turn less, and the motor would work not as hard. With a pocket cd, it would move faster because the data is on the inside.melancholy wrote: Probably a dumb question...
Since burnt things are suppose to be harder on the DC laser, would a pocket CD help reduce the laser's strain? There's probably no difference, but if it did help, I might start buying smaller CD-R's for emus.
