Got a question...
I just wanted to ask one question, and that is when you burn an emulator onto a CD-R, do you put the roms for the emulator in the same directory or do the roms require their own folder, thanks in advance
Nintendo is great, but SEGA is just that much better

Depends on the emulator.

That depends. If you are using Selfboot Inducer with the sbi file from Sbiffy.com, I believe that the correct folder is called 'NES.' Otherwise, I'm pretty sure it would be 'GAMES.' (Many emulators have been hex-edited for use with Selfboot Inducer to avoid conflics between emulators that normally would have the same names for the ROM folders.)

OneThirty8 is correct. Nester automatically selects the GAMES folder when you use the plain files. It automatically selects the NES folder when you use SBInducer to create your disc image.
However, Nester has directory-browsing support, so you can actually put them in any folder you choose. You'll just have to navigate the disc in order to find them.
More information on the ROM directories for use with SBI files can be found in this topic at Sbiffy!com
