I use my saturn with audio disc its awesome, I like to change pitch so singers sound like alvin and the chimpmunks LOL. I love saturn and ever since I got "astal" off a "buy it now" option that is all I have been playing.

Good luck blue crab your emulating a system that has bookoos of processors and IMO I still think the saturn was/is better then the PSX.

That's kind of a funny statement, seeing as how the DC plays CD's anyway, but that bios does look awfully sexy.

Yeah, but the DC doesn't have a playlist, shuffle, A-B repeating, surround effects, pitch adjustment, vocals muting, visualization, total time elapsed, time left & total time left, direct audio CD controls in the controller (X=repeat, Y=stop, Z=play, L=previous trac, R=next track), and you can't jump to a specific part of the music by holding the L/R triggers. Also I prefer the Saturn's screensaver.

Heh, yeah the saturn's cd player stuff was pretty powerful. It'll be a while though until sound emulation works and all.

Wow! It only seems to be missing the screensaver in the background. How complicated is to get the CD player fully working?

To answer your question, to get the cd playing functionality to work "right" would require very good emulation of the sound system, something that we just don't have right now.

I guess there's still a possibility to simply use the DC's CD player function while emulation the gfx only... so basicly to 'fake' the CD player... or am I wrong?

Will the emulator function with originals only? Or will it support backups?

I realize that question suggest warez, but thats not what i meant. I have a damaged copy of Sonic Jam, so i downloaded a copy of it so i could still play it. Since this would be easier than the Saturn swap trick, i just wanna know if it would work.
