Ok, how do I turn a Dreamcast games plain files into a cdi image? I just edited my game image, so how do I burn it?

OK. You turn the plain files into a CDI by using either Selfboot or DSSBS. Once you have created that CDI, you simply "create new disc from image" with DiscJuggler or Alcohol 120%.

DSSBS - http://www.dcemulation.org/neededtools.htm
DiscJuggler - http://www.padus.com
Alcohol 120% - http://www.alcoholsoftware.com

And yes, you need an ip.bin file. If it didn't come with one, try one from something else like NesterDC.
