I have an odd question 2 ask but how do I get a picture

How do you get a video game character thing on the icon thing? my guess is that you have to post a certain amount of times to able to get one. I know it may sound stupid but I'm just wondering how you do it?.

You mean an avatar?

you need a picture of it, then go to profile and change it to your desired image. Or do you mean like this ? If you want an emoticons click on either veiw more emoticons or the all button near the emoticons.
