SYSTEM 16 EMU OUT TODAY!

HI

Been working on this a few week's most games are close to 90% speed
sound is not bad ether games that have been improved are

"shinobi "
"golden axe"
"tetris"

this is not a single game pack but a full emulator with lots of game's supported

IT has a little fade intro with music a routine taken from my game

its very short few hours it be released i think its a good version for a first up fully playable not slow with sound i love system 16 its just like the mega drive but better !

Yes just got to update the sites with the files you will find it worth a burn

Every game is at playble speed and the sound is pretty good as well

you would think if this runs this good were is the mega drive emu !

Im using a new video mode so it may be the factor i have one much faster but it's messy so ive gone with this which is fast and playable but not 100% fullspeed

some games are like tetris and so i would like some one to do a test chart as i dont have all the games

ive never released a system16 emu before ive not seen one about on the dc yet cps1 yes and neogeo

NO sound is fixed ! and forced to the right sample rate and runs at the same speed as the video stereo at that ! sound was fixed due to double buffering and using a audio thread option

Nice one indeed, I've said it in news posts but do you actually sleep reaper? you seem to just keep cranking out goodness. Which romsets will be needed, current MAME or older?, think I got most of em so I'll have a go at seeing how fast it is.

from 36 16 down for system 16 only

i cant say the place to get them but every one knows

im playing golden axe ! one of the only things why i did this one was to play it just for the memorys

its about 2 meg or a just a bit more so its going to take time to upload on my 56k isp

Basicaly they were like the arcade big brother of the megadrive some of the best megadrive games came from system16 like golden axe and shinobi etc

IM looking into geting outrun working next if i can

JUST checked mamed! out and how they ran in it

MINE's a lot better sound speed is much better then mamed by a long way

the sound in mamed was really bad i was worryed about the slight tick sound HEH!

WORKS the same as any other emu for dc you need roms thats it and a dreamcast

THERE easyer to find then NES roms but thats beside's the point lol

ONE warning even thou the sound is fixed so it sounds how it should BUT and there's always a BUT there's "a" annoying tick sound that's in the background other then that the sound is near perfect and even has voices

Im working on that but thought i might as well release it as ive been trying to fix the tick sound for more then a few weeks and it may take longer and there's no point not since its leaps and bounds better then mamed i just tryed it and was shocked ! lol

speed is much improved over MAMED you know it straight away!

i do have a fullspeed version but the grafix mess up to much to be called fun

this is close to it anyways speed is pretty nice compaired with other emu's 90% to 100% ive been testing tetris and golden axe and shinobi only

I succuessfully burned it, and it selfbooted, but when it started up, I heard a small music cue, and the screen was black.
