GD Drive Broken ?

Hi

in the last time my Dreamcast is very often hanging on ... the game freezes and the drive is running and runnig and make some kind of Click Sounds ... is it because its broken or is it maybe because its very hot in last time ?

That happened to my DC while playing Shikigami No Shiro 2 and then my GD drive died (the motor that makes the disc spin was damaged). I hope you have better luck than me...

Clicking sounds usually indicate a dying laser, or the laser having difficulty reading a scratched disc. Either way, it's a bad sound.

I remember when my GD-ROM died cuz i played shenmue 2 on my dreamcast for a very long time, i just moved the lens back in place by just opening up the lid and pushing it towards the motor
